Many of our team members have extensive sea-going experience, having served as Master and Chief Engineer onboard merchant vessels for many years. This hands-on experience allows them to maintain direct communication with our vessels' crew members and impart their skills and professionalism during crew selection, ensuring a seamless integration between our office and shipboard teams.
